Bedrock Linux is a Independent-family Linux distribution based on Meta-distro / Multi-base. The meta-distribution — transparently blend packages and components from Arch, Debian, Fedora, and Gentoo into one OS.
Strengths: Run Debian's rock-solid core with Arch's AUR and Fedora's bleeding-edge kernel in the same session; Ultimate distro-hopper cure: why pick one distro when you can run them all?; Seamless command execution across strata. Trade-offs: Very complex mental model; Not for Linux newcomers.
